I haven't had a chance to talk to Matt yet but this last experience was not the best. It's too long to go into but things were promised, some numbers were thrown out there and were different when we signed. And Jason in finance was not very nice to put it bluntly. So just not what we have come to expect. Also our experience with the Elantra was very disappointing.

Tate was the Service Rep that helped me. Service was clearly communicated with cost and timing. Tate had a loaner we could use - that was tremendous! The dealership really helped out when we were stuck with serious repairs. Thank you
