The service department accommodated me at my prescheduled appointment time. They seemed knowledgeable regarding the issue I was experiencing with my vehicle. They resolved the issue for a reasonable cost, and I am very satisfied with their services.

I brought my 2018 Silverado in to get checked out because it started running rough after I had passed someone while driving. The Dondelinger service dept. scheduled me an appointment at their next availability. They diagnosed and repaired the vehicle (replaced all drivers side lifters) and had the vehicle ready for me within 24 hours. The service could not have been better, Commendation and Kudos to all involved. This kind of service is Inspirational. They also covered the cost of the rental car completely. A Shout Out and Thank You to Tate and the mechanic and the entire service team.

Tate was efficient with our time and money. The repair was done quickly and in the most cost-effective manor.

Dondelinger has always been top notch. We've bought several cars from them over the years and it's always a great experience.

Good service.

I showed up in the rapid service area- greeted immediately. Busy as usual. Tires rotated, vehicle washed and out the door in 45 minutes. Staff very pleasant. I love Dondelinger's service department.
